πΏ Arrowroot Pudding (Halwa)
- Ingredients:
- Arrowroot powder β 1/2 cup
- Water β 2 cups
- Sugar β 1/2 cup (adjust to taste)
- Ghee β 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder β 1/2 tsp
- Chopped nuts (cashews, almonds) β optional
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix arrowroot powder with 1 cup of water until it dissolves without lumps.
- In a pan, heat 1 cup of water and add sugar. Stir until it dissolves.
- Slowly add the arrowroot mixture to the pan, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add ghee and cook on low flame until the mixture thickens and turns glossy.
- Mix in cardamom powder and nuts.
- Transfer to a greased plate, let it cool, and cut into pieces.

πΎ Sprouted Ragi Porridge (Malt)
Ingredients:
- Sprouted ragi flour β 2 tbsp
- Water β 1 cup
- Milk β 1/2 cup (optional)
- Jaggery or sugar β 1 to 2 tbsp (as per taste)
- Cardamom powder β 1/4 tsp
- Chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix sprouted ragi flour with 1/4 cup water to form a smooth paste without lumps.
- Heat the remaining water in a pan and slowly add the ragi paste while stirring continuously.
- Cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Add milk (if using), jaggery, and cardamom powder. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped nuts and serve warm.

π Raw Banana Powder Porridge
Ingredients:
- Raw banana powder β 2 tbsp
- Water β 1 cup
- Milk β 1/2 cup (optional)
- Jaggery or sugar β 1 to 2 tbsp (as per taste)
- Cardamom powder β 1/4 tsp
- Ghee β 1 tsp (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix raw banana powder with 1/4 cup water to form a smooth paste without lumps.
- Heat the remaining water in a pan and slowly add the paste while stirring continuously.
- Cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Add milk (if using), jaggery, and cardamom powder. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Optional: Add a spoon of ghee for extra flavor.
