1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.

For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take longer than usual.

International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Shipping Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499

For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply (depending on location and weight).

Any special promotional offers for free shipping will be clearly mentioned on our website/social media.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID.

You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website until delivery.
5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, courier partner issues, or festive rush.

In case of failed delivery attempts (wrong address, unavailable recipient), the courier may return the package to us. Customers will need to pay for re-shipping.
